Members burn in heat to raise money for Newborn Appeal

On Sunday  7th May under a beating hot sun several members participated in the annual Wirral Costal Walk. 15 miles later, red faces, aching limbs it was all over. Over £200 has been raised for our chosen charity of the Newborn Appeal.

Wild Stags

Several male members went for a weekend to Oasis, near Penrith in the Lake District. The event was Steve's stag weekend. We can report that the groom arrived home safely, after a fantastic weekend was had by all. 

Heswall Charter Night to be in September

The date of the above has been set as Saturday 9th September 2000. More details will follow in the forth coming months.

Murder Mystery Night Update

There is to be one, at Steve and Helens house on Saturday 17th June. 

French and Saunders in October

Several members have expressed an interest to see Dawn French and Jennifer Saunders comedy duo at the Liverpool Empire on Wednesday 11th October 2000. If you wish to come along  contact Lucia.

Julian Clary in December

The above is coming to Liverpool Empire on the 1st December. Members wishing to see him perform please contact Lucia.
