Charter Night Announced

At the recent business meeting this years Charter Night will be held on Saturday 8th September 2001. Venue and theme of evening have yet to be decided upon.

Members help raise £555

A Big Thank you goes to all those members who helped with Heswall Rotary's Street Collection on Saturday 21st April. Their endeavors meant that on the day £555 was raised towards good causes. 

Peak Time Engagement. Yes, another one !!

I am pleased to announced that Iain Hislop, used his rock climbing skills to good effect on Friday 18th May. He climbed to the top of Snowdon and there he proposed to his girlfriend, Helen Welford , who of cause accepted,  Hurrah!

Our congratulations go out to both of them. The happy day is not expected till late 2003.
